Bus Tracking: When your driver is on the way, you will receive a link that allows you to access the driver's information and track your bus location.
Overtime Hours: Overtime hours are not always guaranteed and are charged at a higher rate than if booked prior to the trip starting.
Payment Options: If you have an outstanding balance to be settled in cash, any overtime charges must also be paid in cash. However, if you have made the payment using a major credit card, you can choose whether to settle the overtime charges in cash or on the credit card on file.
Limo Bus Size Considerations: Please be aware that some of our limo buses are 40 feet long, making it challenging to access certain places. We appreciate your understanding if the pickup or drop-off location is slightly away from your desired spot.
Behavior Inside the Bus: We strictly prohibit any form of fighting inside the bus. The driver has the authority to make decisions regarding the trip to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.
