THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF L3 LIMO'S WEBSITE.

Acceptance terms

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use L3 Limo's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Reservations & Deposits

- Reservations are done electronically (safe and easy).

- We require 25% deposit to reserve.

- The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior if paying with card or cash to the driver upon arrival.

- If you have to cancel due to a natural disaster your deposit is valid for 1 year towards a future rental.

Sickness

In the event a passenger gets sick and vomits on the bus, an automatic $250.00 cleaning charge will be accessed to your credit card on file. This fee is to have the bus cleaned and sanitized

Overtime

If your scheduled time goes over your allotted time by 15 minutes, we will automatically charge your card on file for the overage in 30 minutes increments.

No Smoking

All buses are non-smoking. If the driver sees or smells any guest smoking, we automatically may impose a $250.00 fine to the credit card on file for cleaning and removing smells.

There also may be more charges if any fire damage from smoking is caused.

Illegal Drugs Or Under Age Drinking

L3 Limo will strictly enforce federal laws and will maintain a zero-tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person, not of legal drinking age.

All U.S law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency.

Therefore, no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned and operated by L3 Limo

Injuries or accidents

L3 Limo is held harmless for any injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion, at a standstill, or entering and exiting the vehicle. The purchaser of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.

L3 Limo reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above/below request, especially if renters do not follow chauffeurs requests in order to obey the rules in this contract.

All of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without L3 Limo acceptance

License

Unless otherwise stated, L3 Limo and/or it's licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on L3 Limo.

Damages

Any damage to the interior or exterior of the bus or equipment that is caused by an individual riding in the vehicle is the responsibility of said individual, and said individual is liable for the cost to repair any such damages as well as any cost for loss of the L3 Limo service due to such damage. The credit card on file may be charged for damages accordingly

L3 Limo drivers and /or employee reserves the right to eject any individual(s) whom they deem to be disruptive or too intoxicated that may impose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illegal substance.

L3 Limo shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control.

L3 Limo agrees to send the requested vehicles as offered in the contract. We have the right to switch the vehicles in case of emergency breakdown or if the vehicles are damaged.

By signing up for and participating in the ride the individual agrees that he or she is of age to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly while in the party bus.

If, at any time, passengers under the age of 21 are found to be in possession of alcohol or found to have been consuming alcohol during the course of service, the service shall be terminated.

Any and all minors shall be forfeited. The driver has the option of returning to the point of pickup or ending the service at the point of infraction.

If the vehicle rental is to be for a minor under the age of (18) eighteen, this agreement must be read by a parent or legal guardian. L3 Limo is not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during, or after the ride.
